Clients complain that when they say it is free, it should be free, otherwise they should inform customers. Annual credit report is another company that gives FREE credit report to people annually, but if they want more reports before one year, they should pay for it. Annual credit report in its advertisement asks people to be aware of these kinds of deceptive advertisements.
